501 Draw Rules

Draw Procedure for the 501 Darts Championship

The top four seeded players have been pre-assigned their positions as follows:

  1. Dariel (Seed 1)
  2. Brian (Seed 2)
  3. Ozan (Seed 3)
  4. Rige (Seed 4)

For the remaining 12 players, a random draw will determine their placement in the bracket. There are 12 balls, each representing one of the remaining players. The draw will proceed as follows:

  • The conductor will randomly select one ball at a time.
  • For each draw, the conductor will announce the player’s assigned position:
    • “Number 5 belongs to… Peter Wright”
    • “Number 6 belongs to… Gerwyn Price”
    • …and so on, until:
    • “Number 16 belongs to… Luke Littler”

Once the draw is complete, each player will know their assigned number and can check the tournament bracket to see who they will face in the competition.

Cricket draw rules

Draw Procedure for the Cricket Championship

In this variant, 16 players will be divided into 8 teams. The top players for teams 1 through 4 have been pre-assigned as follows:

  1. Team 1: Dariel
  2. Team 2: Brian
  3. Team 3: Ozan
  4. Team 4: Rige

The remaining 12 players will be drawn randomly to fill the remaining spots on the teams. The draw will use the following team assignments:

  • Teams 1, 2, 3, and 4 will each receive one additional player.
  • Teams 5, 6, 7, and 8 will receive two players each.

The draw will proceed with the conductor selecting one ball at a time and announcing the assignment in this format:

  • “Team 1, Player 2: … Peter Wright”
  • “Team 2, Player 2: … Nathan Aspinall”
  • … and so on until all teams are complete.
  • “Team 8, Player 1: … Rob Cross”
  • “Team 8, Player 2: … Phil Taylor”

Once the draw is concluded, each player will know which team they belong to, and the teams will be finalized for the tournament.
